We are looking for a team to manage a property in the Portland area as resident manager and assistant manager. We are looking for a energetic, dependable, outgoing candidates who are interested in being part of a growing team. Will include weekends.
Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Rent units, take payments.
Answer phones and respond to emails.
Perform collection paperwork/calls.
Balance the financials daily - including petty cash.
Make daily bank deposits (car required).
Light Maintenance; sweeping empty units and hallways, changing light bulbs, pulling weeds, regularly walking property, etc.
Friendly, and Customer Service-oriented
Superior writing and communication skills
Organized and Detail- Oriented
Able to Multitask
Must be able to complete face to face interview
Must have high school diploma
General customer service, sales, and/or office skills
Property management skills a plus
Pay: Up to $11 - $14/hr depending on experience. Health benefits available for full-time employees.
